Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Involved a task each day to give an insight into each practice area. We could also attend talks run by the firm to give an insight into the company. We also got the opportunity to speak to fee-earners and trainees within the firm.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I definitely felt as though I came away from the experience knowing more about the firm and the roles they have available. Considering it was all virtual I feel as though they did a very good job. However, I feel as though there could have been a few more office-specific activities.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone was more than happy to make time to have a conversation with me about their work and give feedback on the tasks I had handed in. Furthermore, the talks about company culture really gave an insight into this and it was clear that culture and atmosphere is really something that the firm prides itself on.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I very much enjoyed the insight. Even when we were given insight into practice areas I knew I wouldn’t pursue as a career, those running the insight made the area and work interesting and enjoyable.
