Working in a divisional data office, collecting and collating data and transforming it to create meaningful metrics that reflect the progress and successes the data office is making
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really great, eye opening and informative programme. I feel more skilled than what I started and I'm using what I have learned so it's not just a tick box exercise, it's real life learning and applying

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my confidence is reviewing data for sure and what has been great is getting used to all of the data world terminology and what this actually means - e.g. Data literacy, data culture, data management, data quality

My employer is great, fully supportive of the apprenticeship and allows me time to complete my apprenticeship tasks

It is the perfect apprenticeship for my current role. There is so much to learn in data and the apprenticeship has given me the opportunity to bring my learning to life immediately.

Yes, plenty and regularly which is so important for developing relationships and communicating effectively.
