Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am the Jobcentre Manager, I have 10 employees that work in this office and I am in charge of any issues that arise whether it relates to members of the public, other agency staff and the building itself. I regularly meet with stakeholders and partners from outside agencies.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy gathering the evidence for my apprenticeship and seeing how far I have come and the examples I use a re very strong and I have achieved so much in a short space of time.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. My Primary Trainer is amazing and so friendly and very professional.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my line manager they are very in to developing their staff.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have not used the provider for support but I am aware they are there if and when I require them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Definitely has helped me massively I feel much more confident in my decisions and how I handle every situation.
