I work on cases using my administration skills and talk to debtors/ update cases daily.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my Modern Apprenticeship thoroughly as it gives me a great balance between work and training.

i have learned lots of new skills through my Modern Apprenticeship such as IT Skills and gaining confidence.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well structured, i always have a good amount of time to complete my activities and my trainer is always available to talk to.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is outstanding with the support i receive towards working through my Modern Apprenticeship, as well as my trainer i also have people in my work place who are more than happy to help me if i need anything.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support from my trainer, we have monthly chats on video call and whenever i need to ask about anything they are always available via e-mail and very promptly get back to me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My Modern Apprenticeship has already equipped me with valuable skills that will better me in my role such as IT Skills, Presentation skills and Training that's important when working with other people.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have lots of staff events such as Bake Sales for charities, summer events and Healthy Working Lives group which think of ways to make sure all of the employees are happy and healthy at work and outside of work by creating activities for staff and hold meetings for staff to attend about varieties of important things.

Why?
The support you receive is amazing, the system used called 'Bud' is very easy to navigate around and the activities are set around my job role so help me to better myself at my job and help me with the skills i need.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babington?
Go for it! i couldn't have made a better decision, i have a very friendly trainer who is available whenever i need them and i have learnt so much! I never feel under pressure with work as everything is set in great time scales and if there's ever an issue its very easily resolved!
