I work in a level 1 high support male only hostel. The hostel is staffed 24hrs which I work 36.25 a week during the day. On a day to day basis I support the tenants with general day to day responsibilities.

I would say I have leant quite a lot since being in my industry. My industry makes me have to engage with quite difficult customers.
