Yes, I have developed an indepth knowledge of HR and the importance of working cross functionally. I've also learnt about employability law and specialist areas of recruitment.

Well structured, I would prefer less individual webinars and prefer more group sessions.

A good amount of support, I think with having a smaller team we sometimes struggle to balance worklaod.

Difficult to judge as I have not yet submitted my best first assignment, but so far support seems sufficient.

Massively, the qualification will allow me to develop a broader HR understanding and use this to challenge and influence in role.
