3/5
The support at the start of the apprenticeship was amazing, the coaches are usually very receptive when reaching out for support. Since the gateway there hasn't been quite so much support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Although at first I struggled to align the qualification with my role, I have since been able to automate numerous processes within my team and wider business thanks to the skills that I have learnt throughout my course.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Barclays to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It is a very inclusive workplace where everyone is willing to help. The support I have received since starting at Barclays has been incredible. There are so many opportunities to learn new skills through Barclays.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
Be completely honest with your abilities as Barclays are willing to support in areas where you have weaknesses. Focus on transferable skills, even if you don't have skills specifically in that area there will be lots of skills that you will have developed in school / previous jobs that will help with the transition into the role.
