Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

It involves putting stock out, doing onlines, opening and closing the store, doing the daily adjustments, managing my team, running shift when I'm in charge, doing changovers, running stock counts etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme, had a bit of a blip but now I'm back up and running, I'm getting back on track and ready to complete it and get my qualification

I've developed my confidence, I've developed how to manage a team better, I've learnt my worth and I know I'm good at my job

The programme is very well organised and structured. The website is very easy to use and very easy to get around and know what you need to do

I receive alot of support from my employer, he's always there to help if I ever need help with something. He's always checking up on me and making sure I'm doing okay

I receive the best support from my training provider. He's always there to answer any questions I have and help guide me in the correct way

I feel like my qualification helps me perform a lot better in my role. Its boasted my confidence and it's make me prove to myself that I am good enough for the job

Why?
I think they are a good company to work for, think there is a lot that needs looking at and tweaking but they are a great company to work for
