Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Putting out stock, inventory corrections, waste and shrinkage, keeping an eye on stock loss figures, customer service, working on the tills, changeovers, stock counts, reductions, date checks on Mondays and Thursdays, key holder in charge when manager and supervisor are away/off.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find it hard to get motivated and fit in the time as I work full time and am a single parent but when I get into it I really enjoy it.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes lots of new skills, most of my day to day skills have been learnt on the job or via my apprenticeship.

Quite well structured. Can be confusing sometimes especially regarding off the job hours.
