4/5
Solving tech issues on a specific system for branch colleagues
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy my programme. I enjoy the office and team I work in and the friends among the colleagues I have made. I enjoy the job mostly as it is new and the work I do is interesting solving the issues for the colleagues I've learned a lot about banking and how certain IT systems work. Uni is a bit crap tho hate java coding and its a ball ache getting into Manchester (so expensive!) but can't complain too much its only one day a week

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Yes many:
Time keeping
Independence
Technical Knowledge

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
At Barclays they have colleagues dedicated to being your apprentice coach and we have specific objective to complete around being an apprentice. You are not treated differently or looked down upon but you do get time to develop and a structured salary increase over time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot of support as outlined in previous answer. There are dedicated apprentice coaches and a big apprentice network at Barclays.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
mmu has skills coaches but i never speak to mine can't even remember their name. We have meetings with them and my line manager every 6 months and are meant to complete an off the job tracker but i never remember to.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
Nothing to do with the day to day of my specific role but they're good skills to learn nonetheless. But i don't like learning coding
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
