Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Very well organised from the perceptive of Crowe, it wasn't the best from Kaplan, I think I had more than 5 "talent coaches" dedicated to me over the three years as the staff kept leaving. Luckily the talent coach I was assigned at the end was very helpful.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
A lot of support, they couldn't be more helpful if they tried.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
A decent amount, I had several talent coaches over the course of the program which didn't help. Luckily the talent coach I had at the end was very helpful and informative and helped me through the end point assesment.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Not really sure, the apprenticeship qualification was more logging what I did at work. The exams really helped as they provided the technical knowledge I need daily for my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Sometimes I attend networking events which are very good to get to know new people.
