Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day role consists of a wide range of tasks that I either help current project managers carry out or arr tasks that I independently carry out. This can be from meeting minutes, calls with external stakeholders, customers and internally at Mace.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy the Mace apprenticeship programme, there is enough support but at the same time it is not overwhelming. there are many opportunites for external additional events and colleagues are always happy to help you and inclusive in social events.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills since being at Mace, some role specific and some non role specific such as a balance with my degree work and normal work has taught me how to become more efficient and improved time management

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well organised and a clear direction in what is expected and what is to come from apprentices
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
A good balance where there is enough but there is not overwhelming amount, and speaking to your line manager about your work load is not an issue
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is a good amount of support and one day a week is allocated to the degree and colleagues at Mace understand and take that into account in expectations, the apprenticeship team at Mace are also engaged in the process as a whole, as are line managers with uni reviews
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It teaches you about time management and the content that you learn is specific to what would be realistic in your day to day role in the future.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are plenty of social and extra curricular events to be involved in and people at mace are all down to earth and inclusive, further everyone is offed the opportunity to participate in social and extra curricular activities
