On average i review working papers and leads for clients. I take calls and respond to client queries, speaking to both internal and external members of my field. I take control of interpreting client data and using this to support what they have set out in their accounts to help us agree the audit
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme I am on is a great way for me as a person to develop as I believe I learn by doing tasks repetitively, the employer and training provider are great in encouraging me to develop myself. It is a great way to learn in a structured environment helps me feel comfortable in the job I am Doing gaining experience and knowledge.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Firstly, my computer skills have vastly increased from having no prior excel knowledge to using it every day and accurately running some small to large tasks such as filtering and conditional formatting to reconcile pieces of information to help us understand the nature of the documents we have been given

The structure of the programme is excellent the rate at which you learn and implement the skills you are learning helps you to follow a well guided path in self development that means you can greatly understand the tasks in which you are doing and helps you to evolve your person in your role
How much support do you receive from your employer?

the employer is excellent as well as having many people to rely on it also allows us to develop are self individually without constant watching to really helps understand our personal responsibility whilst also being there if we needed anything. This really helps us to feel as though we are wanted as well as being comfortable in what we do
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

In working towards the qualifications the tuition is great it isn't like a lecture where they sit and talk at you its a classroom with the goal of passing in mind and everyone having that common goal. As well as outside of learning times we can contact the tuition provider with any problems we have to help us understand where we are going wrong
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification creates a primary structure from where we base our everyday actions upon it helps to develop as well as have a foundation to lean back on to help us go back to basics in tasks we get stuck on. Tuition and qualifications help us to develop the knowledge into what we are doing to help us understand and do a better job
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

During the week We can have a social football game in which i have Involved myself in, it helps us to keep active whilst doing a very inactive job such as sitting in a chair all day whilst getting to know our colleagues and coworkers more in a social environment

Why?
They have helped me feel comfortable in such a different environment to what I am used to. From moving from and education driven school environment into a full time job with adult responsibilities was a big change for me but since joining I feel more comfortable everyday as I continue to grow and personally develop in my job.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Crowe UK?
Be yourself. Joining a Job is about being yourself as we are a welcoming company from my experience and we are driven off of core based principals and keep our clients and coworkers at heart. form my experience i feel as though we are a company that is very family like and we all get along with one another so just feel comfortable in what you do
