To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I joined over lockdown therefore faced inevitble challenges such as connecting with the team to learn from colleagues, however this changes as restrictions eased. Firebrand can do a better job at giving work mentors an instruction sheet to follow to make things easier to follow.

My firebrand mentor provided feedback really quick and did her best to help me with my knowledge gaps as sometimes the resources/rules to follow could've been better.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt a lot about different engineering concepts and project framworks and roles. However, wish i got more support with coding specifically for work.
