Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
My main duties are:
-Serving customers and giving them excellent customer service so they will return.
-Cash Handling
-Making transactions for customers
-Greeting all customers that walk through the door with a positive, friendly approach to ensure they are going tot he right place with what they're needing to do to avoid disappointment of queuing in the wrong place.
-Helping customers with complex quires
-Serving savings customers to get the most out of their money
-Balancing tills including the bulk safe.
-Identification of customers for account openings
