Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I help the running of the shifts in a daily basis and make sure to complete all shift checks, money handling and PRs
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I throughly enjoy the course and I can’t wait to finalise my EPA to hopefully apply for the next level. Level 5 CIPD

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to do certain things and how to handle grievances within the work place, while staying within the law.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Programme is very well organised and it is broken down so you can see throughout the course what you will be learning and when.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer makes sure to give me designated time off the floor to complete my apprenticeship aswell as supporting me with any queries I have regarding certain aspects of the job.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a meeting with my LDC every fortnight and they are always available if I have any questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This has made massive improvements within my workplace as I am now aware of so much more and can carry out more jobs now.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Currently we are doing a charity fundraiser which I am involved in to raise money for RMHC.
