They are very invested in each individuals development, in terms of learning, new opportunities, challenges and the support I have received from my team has been amazing.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cummins?
Look into Cummins as a whole as it is way more than just a Diesel Engine company, look at it's history and how do you demonstrate and relate to our mission, vision and values.
