Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Some of my daily tasks include monitoring and treating any alerts that come from internal trading at abrdn, operating the joiner mover leaver process, doing revision for the SVQ qualification provided by abrdn and answering queries from our mailbox.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think the programme has been thoroughly enjoyable as large group of trainees got recruited so are able to share your experiences with your trainee cohort.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

as I am in professional workspace my collaborative skills have improved as well as being in an office environment has lead to greater social and communicative skills.

my employer is very transparent about my role and we receive a lot of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

we get 1 to 1 calls with our train provider every month and group calls as well if we have any questions we can bring them up there.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

a lot as you tailor your training experience to suit what you do day to day.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes there social groups you can join as well as networking events that occur intermittently.
