Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
The way we are allocated free time for studying, has really played a part in this being a stress-free process.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
It is also great because so many people in Irwin Mitchell have gone down the apprenticeship route, which means if you are ever stuck or worrying about your next steps, you always have someone to talk to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
If you are apart of the Early Careers process, you will also be included in many events that they provide.
On the other side, we are also given nay opportunities to attend webinar's from outside IM. This further develops knowledge about specific problems and issues we may face in cases.
