It's been very well supported throughout the whole time. It's a bit stressing when you are asked to study while working, but it is a very good experience for people who never have any finance background

It's been a very easy intro for people who have no finance background but ever considered working in this field, and after 3 years working with them, I'm super comfortable looking at stats etc.
