Why?
This is the first employer I have felt genuinely cared for and they are really focussed on their people. I really recommend this place. I have worked in many places and this has been the best employer so far.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marstons?
I recommend being passionate about why you want the role and being prepared for a competency based interview. Be confident in your interview and be yourself.
