Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend McDonald's to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Ever since I started my role in September 2021, I have developed many skills withing the workplace and gotten to know a variety of people. The money is great and above average the minimum wage but apart from that in Mcdonalds you always have a great time on shift and just enjoy yourself.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
The tips I would give to others would be to just always be confident within your role and speak to many people and get to know a lot of people at the start this can really help your communication skills. Also just try and work as hard as you can and then eventually you’ll be able to work your way up and stand out to the crowd.
