Working in tech development roles making use of a variety of tools depending on which team you are assigned to with flexibility to change teams if dissatisfied with your current location. Additionally access to multiple on the job training tools.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is a very enjoyable programme that has yet to get in the way of my personal life thanks to the flexible working times and location.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Within the first 6 months I have learnt about & developed Mendix (Low Code), Programming Fundamentals, Agile Working, Presentation Skills, Programing Skills, UI/UX Fundamentals.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure does shift depending on the team you are assigned to but overall it is quite well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have two forms of 'buddy' support that I can report to for questions and issues. Additionally my team members are very open to questions and helping.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is a large amount of support, the leaders within the organisation are very interested in our success and take steps to help ensure we meet goals and objectives within the apprenticeship along with giving us time for a degree tasks.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Many of the lessons they give us are almost immediately relevant to our day to day work or at least tangentially related.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many social activities, social networks and networking events within PwC.
