Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Over the online work experience we attended sessions with various lawyers at the firm, discussing their day-to-day experiences. We also heard from members of the firm on diversity and took part in an online business programme.
In terms of meetings with our mentors, it differed each time but focused on learning what commercial law firms were like and what specialisms were available.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very interesting, I was completely unaware of the extent of specialisms within commercial law, especially at firms such as CMS.
