Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
- Prospecting new businesses (cold calling/emailing)
- Networking with in-house specialist
- Working independently and as a wider team to meet customers requirements
- Completing projects and courses for my apprentice provider
- Hitting aligned KPIs set by my Manager in order to progress.
Overall, as an Account Manager, it's my role to build and maintain relationships with IT professionals whilst aligning Softcat's resources to assist them with their ongoing IT related projects and requirements.
