Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have both learnt and developed skills whilst being at Softcat, I had relatively fresh communication skills both verbally and over email, however after 18 months of being at Softcat, that has completely changed! I now feel far more confident in both!
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was highly organised, monthly training and constant trips to meet up with other apprentices.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

100% support, I couldn't have asked for more from my buddy or mentors or manager!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received lots of support, monthly catchups along with 1-2-1 tuition throughout the 12 months.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helped me to structure and organise myself much more than before.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I play football as part of work, however, there are so many different clubs and networks I can join.
