I work as a HR Generalist for Cummins, day to day i look after key stakeholders, collaborating and consulting with them on HR issues as well as working on many projects from Early Careers to Training.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed learning more knowledge, not only about the course but also learning my capabilities.

My employer was very supportive during my course, allowing me the time needed to dedicate to my studies and successfully complete the training.

A lot of support was given by my training provider, they were always on hand should i have any questions or if i was stuck at any point.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
