To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship I just wish I could get more at the moment I do hospitality but I just feel like I learn what I already know just goes round in circles maybe actuall videos or real demonstrations would help instead of pictures and voice overs

I have learnt new skills in approach to customers and customer profiles Apprentiship wise work wise I have grown a lot in my self and learnt so much

7/10 Could be 10/10 but that’s unrealistic need physical demonstrations our crew training is see it, try it, check it. We don’t necessarily have that

Nope unless my role of engagement champion counts but I have had no training on it

Why?
I love it always have I love the job work place people you really grow in ur self and it is good I love the job and peopel and customers soem customers really make ur day
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
Any necessary skills and training or qualifications add to ur applications make ur self stand out. It’s a hard demanding job but it is easy once u get the hang of it some days can really push you so every day is different so it will keep u on ur toes
