5/5
My day to day role includes, being a support to shift supervisors , offering extra support. I train all the new employees and show/tell them how to do the job. I support them and become their coach. I also work all stations in my workplace, meaning I am flexible to help others too.

5/5
I have learnt new skills and I have also developed new skills too. I have worked for the company over 4 years but worked for the store over a year. I have developed my customer service skills and experience too.

My employer offers a great deal of support to me and my other colleagues on the same programme as me. My employer has also set up a group chat for me and my colleagues to discuss dates that we have coming up so she can schedule us accordingly to accommodate my programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The support that I have and continue to receive is great. I feel confident in going to my training provider/ mentor with any issues or questions. The training provider helps with any type of thing that you may require extra support on. I am very happy with the support that I receive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The programme that I am currently on has impacted the way I perform at work a lot. The things I learn and study through the programme has really encouraged me to be more motivated at work as it encourages the other employees to be motivated too. I have learnt different techniques and it has positively influenced my work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
My work regularly has different activities to get involved with. Most of which include customers too which is always nice as it opens up a different way to connect with your customers. We always have a sports day that is held every year with other stores which is also very fun and it’s a great way to promote your store.
