My role is currently focused on data engineering, working as the name suggests, within data. This generally involves closely collaborating with my team, and working the full development cycle, e.g. preproduction/planning, development and testing.

I have developed new programming skills with SQL, Python, Pyspark and other frameworks. In addition to developing my presentation, networking & general administrative abilities. I have also learnt/developed skills relating to mentoring/coaching.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
Be honest and candid about your current capabilities, especially within the interview stages. Trying to come across as more experienced than you actually are is a recipe for disaster.
