As a crewtrainer I assist managers with running shifts and delegating tasks, aswell as being responsible for on the floor training of Crew members
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I highly enjoy my programme as I enjoy the flexibility and like being responsible for completing my work in my own time

The workplace develops many all around skills that you need for a lot of different jobs and careers, aswell as this, the friendships I have formed working for McDonald's make it much more enjoyable

Take every opportunity to learn new stations and procedures to give your work place more variety and become more flexible in your position
