Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Day-to-day tasks focus on aiding with admin, origination and transaction execution. My role requires me to engage with internal stakeholders as well as clients in some cases.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I definitely enjoy the learning experience and interactions but it can get quite busy.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I've developed many skills while at NatWest, I would say I've learned a lot financial and credit analysis and I have learned about the many systems we use in the bank.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
In terms of the learning externally it is very structured, internally not so much. The training provided initially by NatWest was not structured well. Furthermore, what happens towards the end of the program has not been clearly explained.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive an abundance of support when asked, especially in relation to my development.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I don't think the training provider could do a lot better than they currently do.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It helps me appreciate where and when aspects of my learning will manifest itself on a day to day basis. It also helps me in identifying an approach to certain situations.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are voluntary things to get involved in and occasional social activities.
