Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
On a day to day basis I am completing work that will help me in the end point assessments for the apprenticeship I am doing- Business Administration. I have 4 days in the week set aside for work and one full working day ( six hours) to focus on my course work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy the program i am doing, it is very independent work which means I get to work through the course at my own pace, there are planned deadlines to help me manage my time effectively. There are great levels of communication back and forth with your trainer and you defiantly feel fully supported however it would be great to have a few more live workshops

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have only started my apprenticeship recently but I have gained communication skills, organizational skills and general knowledge of the job. I feel more confident and as there are many networking opportunities i have built on my social skills. I have developed on my professional skills and my proactivity skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I think the program could improve on holding a few more live workshops or interactive sessions. Generally the structure of the system is great and its easy to navigate work/activities, the logs that are given after every task are great to make sure you have fully understood the tasks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive lots of support fro my employer, we communicate every day and go through set tasks, my day is set out well and my day to day tasks are very manageable. My employer is always checking up on my work and course work to me sure everything is being managed well
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have monthly calls with my trainer and in these calls we can discuss any tasks and go through them together, I have only had one introductory call so far but I highly think my trainer is supportive and easy to talk with regarding my set tasks given to me
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
My training provider helps me understand more about the reason why I complete my tasks, and the importance behind it which I think is very beneficial, i feel as though I have a broader understanding of how businesses work and how to preform to the best of my abilities everyday
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
There are not many extra activities at all- which is something i think would be great to introduced as networking is very important. We have quarterly calls but this is more just for a couple of questions rather than networking. It would be great to have a few workshops, frequent calls and in person networking events
