Carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks in a commercial building/offices, supervising contractors and keeping up to date site logbooks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed working with CBRE, I feel a valued member of the team. I have learned many skills across the span of the apprenticeship.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the beginning there were problems -out of CBREs control- however they were managed well. The college I attended also had issues which weren't managed so well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support from my colleagues and direct management.

Why?
Since being in the industry as an apprentice, I have heard about the other big companies offering the same services and most of these are rated less-superior by people who have worked there. It seems CBRE have the best standards and procedures.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CBRE Group?
Your development of people skills is just as important as your technical knowledge.
