I work in a admin department and all I do is look at screens and and move data from one place to another, I don't really get to see or do anything interesting

I developed my computer skills e.g. Excel, powerpoint, outlook etc, Learnt how to use different systems within Rolls Royce.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It has been a complete mess, we do not know what we will be doing after are current placement, they added an extra year on the end of our course last minuet, for the first month and a half we all just sat around doing nothing as we did not have access to there systems.

Would you recommend Rolls-Royce to a friend?
No
Why?
I wouldn't recommend them because I do not think they are competent when it comes to business apprenticeships
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
Make sure you clarify exactly what you will be doing as my apprenticeship was worded to seem like it was a degree when it is only a level 4
