Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I maintain senior leaders calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. I also communicate emails, and other forms of correspondence on behalf of senior leaders ensuring that important messages are relayed promptly. I also provide various other support such as drafting documents and creating presentations.

I thoroughly enjoy my Business Administrator Apprenticeship at AZ and hope to progress in my role.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed strong time-management skills as I manage multiple tasks and deadlines. I have developed excellent verbal and written communication skills. I have also learnt to adapt to unexpected changes and last-minute requests.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My Business Admin Apprenticeship is well structured and organised. I have already received all the training needed and i am working as a personal assistant to more than one senior leader.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive plenty of support from my line manager which is shown through our weekly catch ups.

I receive lots of support form my new personal tutor. My personal tutor ensures i understand any activities and upcoming coursework due.
