We spend 4 days at work and 1 day at university a week. We get to help with real life situations and gain experience throughout the company.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying the apprenticeship so far. The independence it gives you and making sure you are ready for work and university.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to communicate with people in different levels of leadership. Also how to make sure I can stick todeadlines.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is very well structured with most parts in place when we started, The induction week is very helpful with our placements lined up well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have apprentice development leads, mentors and buddies to help us in the 4 years that we are in this apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have face to face sessions once every 6/7 weeks and then lots of our own online personal study.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps us provide the knowledge to understand the background of how the company makes decisions.

You are able to get involved in STEM activities and well as 'Apprenticeship Week'. We can show our skills to those interested in apprenticeships.
