Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

currently, we have been doing theory college work with assignments as work and classroom teaching. no practical work until end of march-start of April.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

currently, the program is very repetitive, no practical work in-between theory work, which can sometimes get boring. learning new skills in lesson can make the lessons more enjoyable as well.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have progressed my learning ability and strength in multiple subjects such as maths and electrical principle. i have also improved my teamwork skills when we are struggling on an assignment, helping us complete it.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

some of the teachers are not organised with setting work. some have missed setting assignments which makes us fall behind. also practical work has been delayed. Other than that, Rolls Royce have structured the apprenticeship to a good standard.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

if I ask for support, they give me the necessary assistance.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
they provide us with the necessary information too see if we are still on track and what we need to improve on if needed. we have a 1 on 1 with our manager every 3 months to see if we are on track.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

they keep me on track and make sure im not falling behind in any of my units and where improvements.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are plenty of activities to do. you can start up any club you want and plenty of social events.

because it has many opportunities in the future and many paths you can go down with very well paying occupations to go into and has plenty of new skills to learn.

try your hardest and don't be negative, be truthful and don't be scared to ask for help.
