I take calls from customers and support them in their bereavement and Power of attourney journey

I have developed throught the apprenticeship. the main skills i developed where my confidence and resilience.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is well structured and at the end there where refresher sessions where different aprentices got together which was brill
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support fluctuated from amanger to managed. throught the apprenticeship I had 6 managers. 2 where not supportive at all. However, the other 4 where amazing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Again this fluctuated. when i first started my trainer seamed a little dis engaged. however, half way through i got a new trainer who was amazing
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the confidence and resilience skillsi learnt throught the apprenticeship where un measurable. its changed my outlook on everything i approach from my personal and work life.

yes there are loads, its just about how to know where to look for them.
