Making sure stick levels are correct day time Nd night
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
My learning coach shaun is a huge help, when im struggling he's there ti help and explain tasks in more detail for me
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Quite recently I've been able to run the Sunday shift as a duty manager, which is a huge responsibility, cashing up alone and locking up the store.
I've learnt how to print the drivers paper work for deliveries too

How much support do you receive from your employer?
We haven't had solid management in our store , so that's been difficult.
I have lots of support regarding training within the store and I feel like I'm learning all the time .
If I have questions then I feel they are answered
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
I'm constantly learning new this through the apprenticeship, which I'm able to take with me in my job , and I can always reference back to my learning if I need to double check something that I've done
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
I would get evolved if there was something organised I'm sure

Why?
They are a fair employer who looks after their employees.
The rate of pay has always been good .
You feel looked after and that they are listening and are there to support you everyday
There's also the well being hun with help
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Iceland Frozen Foods?
Iceland are a supermarket and are a good company.
My advice is to definitely apply to work for iceland if you like a fast pace atmosphere, and if you are confident with other people
