In Legal I mostly upload documents on the Legal SharePoint so people all over the business can access them. I am also constantly being given a wide variety of different jobs from different legal teams.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am absolutely loving it. It's the best opportunity i have ever had. The people here are absolutely Lovely

Yes I've learnt many skills like networking, Knowledge of legal and business processes and my It Skills have massively improved.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. Aside from the work we get in our departments qualifications and plans are very well set out.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The early careers team work very well to make us feel completely supported not only from them but our peers also.

My assessor is very helpful, although I haven't had many problems with my answers so far he has helped to ensure i have given the best possible answer.

Yes i am part of the next gen network. It involves all of the young people in the business we have business events and socials its great!

Try and show them a more human side to you when applying don't let the fact that its a job interview ruin your personable traits.
