My job role involves me building the front end application which is used by small and large businesses who own a fleet of vehicles for business use.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program a lot, there is always social events as well as support from managers and team members.

Yes, you are given the autonomy to develop your skill set and are encouraged to expand your knowledge. I have developed technical and non technical skills which I have been helped strongly along with.

There was a few issues with on boarding, however it was not as bad as you would expect for a large organisation.

They continually support you whatever you career aspirations may be.

The training provider supports you with the qualification, however there is an element to be independent and take ownership of your qualification.
