Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is to support the children and to develop them. I support their basic needs and encourage them to be more independent. Within my day I am always developing my own skills by learning new things

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have been really enjoying my course. I enjoyed getting a taste of what it’s like to work in a school. I have been able to learn new skills and creat special and professional bonds with the children

My confidence has definitely increased as well as my socialising skills professionally. I have been able to creat bonds with different people, colleagues, childre and their parents

I feel my course is well organised especially with help from my amazing tutor. You understand how everything is organised and where to find help of you need it

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received more then expected support from my tutor/ employer. You get given so much time and support. If you are struggling they really help

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Yes same as before I have received so much support. you get extra training sessions to develop your knowledge as well as meetings with your tutor to support you
