Coordinating a fleet of engineers and jobs throughout the connectivity side of the business and managing small works etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Was good and kept me busy at first and was nothing but support throughout - however as times changed and the department went through changes and got busy, it did become hard to keep up with and a little stressful at times.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learned many new skills, especially IT skills when it comes to excel and programmes my work uses

Meetings were set regularly and there was a very organised structure with clear expectations, deadlines and so forth

I recieved a good amount of support - they always allowed me to set time aside even in the busiest moments, my boss and senior coordinator were both very supportive and helped me where they could
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A great amount of support - always on hand to answer questions or support where needed, were able to provide a myriad of information too and helped constantly
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i think it has prepared me well, it did seem like a lot of it was just like school work which did get tedious but i suppose it was good practioce and it was helping me gain a qualification that'd be useful
