As i am on the customer care team i spend all day dealing with vulnerable members and have a lot of calls.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have had great opportunities withing the company however the process of completing my apprenticeship it taking unnecessarily long

Yes i have progresssed alot in the year i have been here, in english and maths skills as well as in using different types of software

Originally was good, however it it taking much longer than necessary

I do get a lot of support however only when i have a meeting which can sometimes take weeks to get booked in .

Why?
as i was told the apprenticeship would take 13-18 months and i am now on month 18 and i still have a while before i can even book in my exams. and it felt abit unnecessary because there where times where i was waiting for work to be sent back for weeks for simple amendments that would have taken me an hour.
