To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy each day as it is very different depending on the tasks i am doing. I enjoy the switch up of work and apprenticeship. My job links to the things i learn about in the apprenticeship.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My communication skills have grown massively talking to senior team members as well as responsibilities, confidence and leadership.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have meetings in the diary in advance. My mentor is very helpful and always books in the 1-2-1 calls whilst on the call to know when we're both available.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is a lot of support for any issue/concern i ever have at work. I can receive support from different areas/members of my team or my growth company mentor.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

She motivates me and reassures me on every hurdle i get to. She puts any worries i have into perspective and makes me feel comfortable so i can be open and honest.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

After some bumps in the road i have became determined and never give up as i know i can get things completed no matter what is thrown at me.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Why?
The support from my mentor means a lot, having someone who will listen and a new perspective on a situation is priceless, you get great advice and it is just a genuine relationship with them. The planning and organisation of the whole apprenticeship scheme is well managed too.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Growth Company Limited?
Be open to any opportunities which come up and always be honest with your Mentor.
