I am part of a KS1 team, I do one2one with send children. I do phonics teaching i take small groups for interventions,first aid I help the class teachers get ready for the day and discuss how the children in our class are progressing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I loved the support I got from the amazing team put in place to help me through. I could not have done it with out them.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Going over old skills but always learning new ones. Oxford owl online. How to best help the children in my groups

The web is very tricky to navigate and doesn’t seem to get any easier the more I look at it.
