To the full extent. A great experience that far exceeded my expectations.
How well organised was your work experience?

Extremely well organised with efficient co-ordinators and swift responses if there were any tech issues or questions on my part.
How much did your work experience help you in deciding on your future career path?

Helped consolidate what I already knew as well as shed light on parts which I was not aware of. Am putting 10/10 because it was great, the survey says 10 should be the low end but I assume that is a mistake.
Were you paid or reimbursed for this experience?

No, I was not paid, but that was the agreement. Categorically will have to put 1 but the experience was really great.
Skills Development
What training and skills development did you learn from your work experience?

Legal skills that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to develop in the same way. Seminars on resilience as well as time with solicitors and trainee solicitors who spoke about their experiences and gave lots of helpful pieces of advice for those interested in a future legal career. Wonderful.
Company Culture
How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?

I learnt loads about the firm's culture. The people I spoke to all gave their insight and the firm seems like a wonderful place to work, everyone seemed to agree that it was a genuinely happy place where people care about your wellbeing.
Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees?

50% of lunches were networking lunches and we got a chance to meet people as well as lots of Q and A time with solicitors and trainee solicitors.

A great experience, people running it really cared and all of those involved were engaging and enthusiastic. It was so beneficial.

Go for it, it is such a wonderful opportunity and if your experience is anything like mine you will find it so great. Be yourself in the application and try your best.
