The work experience involved multiple informed talks with people who work at pinsent masons and it also involved interactive activities with other peers in the work experience programme which gave us an experience into what a solicitor at pinsents masons may do.
To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?

I enjoyed it very much and in comparison to previous virtual work experience programmes with other law firms, pinsent masons has been the most informative and fun and included lots of good participation which I enjoyed.
How well organised was your work experience?

I thought it really well organised and that it was easy to find and access materials and get into the calls.
How much did your work experience help you in deciding on your future career path?

It helped consolidate my career into law as this has motivated me to do even more in the pursuit of law and with Thursdays talk about the day in the life of a solicitor it has motivated me to take the path of being a lawyer.

What training and skills development did you learn from your work experience?

I learnt how to discuss and debate with other people on other views and that they can differentiate and have a debate on how different outcomes should be taken.

How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?

I learnt alot from the talks and meetings with the councillor groups we had and how their work life and company culture is at each office and I found it very informative.

Yes there was plenty good opportunities to network with other people which I thought was useful.
