To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I did enjoy the programme and thought the content was good. It was difficult to fit tasks and course work in around the demanding day job.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed a lot of new skills through my ILM apprenticeship including how to manage teams, deliver coaching and mentoring, etc.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I found the structure and delivery of the programme to be very good.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer provided good support where required and I had no issues at all in this regard.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider allowed me to gain experience in the key areas by actively providing me with opportunities to learn.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it has really helped expose me to some additional aspects of leadership and project management that I might not have experienced if not for the programme. As a result, this has upskilled me quite a bit.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are team-based activities and socials but these were obviously impacted by Covid and the move towards hybrid working - but those opportunities are certainly there.
